Your Flowering Heart Retreat- May 10- May 15, 2024

This trip is to Saint-Maximin la Sainte-Baume, France where we have been called to the feet of Mary Magdalene, who is believed to have settled there after the death of her beloved Jesus.

In the heart of the Sainte Baume Mountain is the cave where Mary lived for the last 33 years of her life. It is a mystical, sanctuary maintained by the Dominican monks. This offers a unique spiritual experience and an opportunity to come closer to the divine energy of Mary that was the wind beneath the wings of Jesus.

It is through this experience and others included in the retreat that you will come to feel the softening and flowering of your own heart. Your ability to love unconditionally will be revealed to you. The heart is the marriage space between the lower triangle, first 3 chakras, which are concerned with our physical life, our body, the upper triangle is composed of our spiritual chakras, our connection to the divine.

Our invitation to live balanced awakened lives calls us into the heart, into communion. Living from the heart requires us to get comfortable with staying open when we feel vulnerable in our humanness, it asks us to trust the magnificence of the divine flower, the Om Mani Padme Hum, the Jewel in the lotus of the heart. We are tempted so often to close our heart flower, we invite you on this sacred travel experience to be willing to allow your heart to bloom, blossom, and flourish.

The Venue

The peaceful retreat venue is just a short 10-minute drive from the charming town of Saint-Maximin la Sainte-Baume. The road winds through a pine forest on the property, which has been family owned since the 1840s.   Centrally located, Domaine de Conillières is the ideal place to spend your Provençal vacation. Here you can relax in your private garden, swim in our lovely pool, or enjoy an evening gazing at the stars. This serene space provides a terrific view of the vineyard, the olive grove, and the stunning Sainte-Baume hills.

The Content

The time together will be filled with delightful treats and lots of fun. We will have daily yoga practice, Metta meditation and Cacao Ceremonies.

Our main event will be our trip to the cave of Mary Magdalene, we will also have an excursion to the markets and a visit to the St, Mary Magdalene Cathedral in the town.

The trip also includes dinner in local restaurants.

There will be plenty of down time to relax by the pool and explore in the gardens and nearby walks or chill in your room with a book.

With an Opening Circle followed by dinner,

It officially ends on May 14th with closing circle, we will however be departing on the 15th and have our breakfast and farewell fun together.
