The Narrative of Us

The seeds for Sacred Travel Company were sown in 2021 after we, Regina Verdico and Mia Williams [virtual friends who studied the Course in Miracles together] ended up leading a retreat with 2 others in Ireland. We discovered that we loved working together, we have a passion for travel, people's well-being and sacred sites. We launched our first Sacred Travel experience in 2022 and delighted in bringing all our expertise and gifts to the table. We are both experienced yoga teachers, mindfulness teachers, life coaches and retreat facilitators. Giving others a chance to awaken, grow and flourish through Sacred Travel lights us up and helps grow loving communities that value peace, love and positive transformation.

Brenda Maria Williams

Brenda Maria, aka Mia has spent many years teaching Yoga and Meditation, during this time she began to awaken to her greater purpose which she believes is to help facilitate people in healing the past so they may know joy in the present.

She is also a skilled therapist and uses gentle techniques to empower others to not only be comfortable in their own skin but to experience the state of ease and awareness, to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and trauma related patterns and to gain resilience in the face of life’s ups and downs. In 2014 she began to lead retreats in Ireland offering one or two per year.

These were experienced as delightfully transformative for the attendees.

Regina Catherine Verdico

Regina is certified with a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification in yoga and meditation and has been facilitating classes since 2016. She also has a Relationship Coach Certification through the Coaching Institute and takes a unique approach to assisting others in connecting with their Higher Self while bringing in the wisdom and voice of Spirit to lead.

Her love of bringing people together for their greatest good and enhancing life experience through intentions, intuitive road mapping and meditation has fueled her passion for creating group experiences and retreats. She started leading retreats in 2019 and quickly expanded her reach to international locations.

She continues to fuel her own growth and mindfulness through A Course and Miracles, attending programs around the country with Master Energy Guru, Sai Maa and other channels that assist in being the truest version of Self.
